BLURB: A program of the Tennessee Williams & New Orleans Literary Festival, The Saints and Sinners Literary Festival has grown into an internationally-recognized event that brings together a who’s who of LGBTQ+ publishers, writers and readers from throughout the United States and beyond. The Festival, held over 3 days each spring at the Hotel Monteleone in the New Orleans French Quarter, features panel discussions and master classes around literary topics that provide a forum for authors, editors and publishers to talk about their work for the benefit of emerging writers and the enjoyment of fans of LGBTQ+ literature.

Poets Respond During Troubled Times

Come listen to four gifted and award-winning poets discuss how the current political climate deeply affects their work and how they marshal the power of poetry to address anti-LGBTQIA+ oppression. Panelists include KB Brookins, Margot Douaihy, Sean Patrick Mulroy, and Ruben Quesada.

The Art of Memoir

Moderated by Constance Adler, the memoir writers on this panel represent a variety of selves, born from distinct experiences. Panelists include KB Brookins, Larry Bagneris, J.T. Blatty and Bernice L. McFadden.

Writers Read

This event has authors share their vivid imaginations with their new creations, or revisiting a past work that holds special meaning. Please join us in welcoming: Ezra Adamo, KB Brookins, Emma Copley Eisenberg, Joan Larkin, Rob Osler, and J.M. Redmann for this year’s mix of established and exciting new writers.

Closing Reception
