  • Over KB’s 10+ year history of performing, they’ve graced stages at colleges/universities, museums, libraries, bookstores, coffee shops, bars, conference rooms — you name it! The ones they are most proud of are The Poet’s House NYC and Syracuse University’s LGBT Resource Center. Book KB for performances from 3-50 minutes; you won’t regret it.

  • If you’re wanting an invigorating lecture, keynote, panel, or class visit on any of KB’s areas of interest, do reach out! In order to book this, KB will need a detailed account (time, subject matter, location) at least 2 weeks ahead of time.

  • Book KB to create poems for your weddings, businesses, organizations, and other special occasions. Their experience with commissions span from churches and scholarship programs to communication firms and love letters. They have over 50 individual poems published online from reputable journals and can’t wait to grace your event/occassion.

  • KB is currently open to writing opinion and research-driven essays! Their past essay clips can be found here.

  • If you’re hoping to solicit a poem or creative nonfiction piece for a magazine, journal, or some other entity that you work for, please do so! KB is not open for unpaid solicitations, but they are (often) working on something and would love to send it to you.

  • Every lively event needs a host to set the tone. Luckily, KB has been hosting events since 2015, and they’d be happy to bring their pizzazz to your event!

  • Have an issue of your magazine that you’d love a cool guest editor for? Have a chapbook, full-length, or individual poem contest you want an awesome guest judge for? KB is open to those opportunities, and can’t wait to read all the submissions.

  • Book a one-hour call with KB for any arts support you may need.

  • KB has over 10 years of organizing, advocacy, and education experience; they are eager to bring their knowledge to your setting, and can create an experience that leads to much-needed change around inclusivity, diversity, equtiy, and access.

In order to book this, KB will need a detailed synopsis of your needs (page count, space location, etc) at least 2 weeks ahead of time.

  • If you need an engaged and attentive moderator for your panel or roundtable discussion/conversation, KB is the person for you! They have years of experience navigating socially-charged conversations and gifted writing, conflict facilitation, and coalition-building skills that are transferrable to many different settings.

  • If you’re wanting an invigorating lecture, keynote, panel, or class visit on any of KB’s areas of interest, do reach out! In order to book this, KB will need a detailed account (time, subject matter, location) at least 2 weeks ahead of time.

  • Need a quick conversation to talk about IDEA, event-planning, or something else? KB is available to troubleshoot and support you in ways that make sense. To book this, KB will need a less-than-100-word synopsis of the dilemma at least 48 hours in advance.
